Ingredients 1 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil Salt and freshly ground pepper 1 pound mixed tomatoes, such as heirloom and cherry, halved or quartered into bite-size pieces 8 ounces strawberries, halved or quartered ¼ cup fresh basil leaves Directions In a medium bowl, whisk together vinegar and oil; season with salt and pepper.
