In Martha's own kitchen, you'll find an impressive collection of copper cookware, which she has been collecting for decades. An homage to Martha's love of French cuisine, this cookware is used in the kitchen at her Las Vegas restaurant, The Bedford.

Each piece in the collection was designed with premium, non-reactive copper, user-friendly versatility, and tri-ply construction that ensures responsive temperature control and precise cookware. Beyond its thoughtful design, this collection has an heirloom quality that you'll love displaying in you kitchen.

With an 18/10 stainless steel tri-ply construction and designed to advance your culinary skill set, Martha's stainless steel collection was tested in professional kitchens to meet her meticulous specifications. Each piece has a base-to-rim aluminum core to promote quick heating, good temperature retention, and even cooking.

The pans feature angled, extra-long handles for stability and control, with rolled edges that allow for drip-free pouring. The accompanying flat lids lock in flavor and make stacking and storing easy.

Each piece in this collection has a superb nonstick surface that requires less oil and butter, and allows for easy food release and quick cleanup. Martha chose premium tri-ply stainless steel for this collection, which is extremely durable and offers excellent heat distribution.

The ceramic cooking surface is three times stronger and more abrasion-resistant than other brands, making it more resistant to scratches and stains. The extra-long, riveted handles and side helper handles make it easier for you carry. What's more, the sloped sides and rolled edges of the fry pans allow for flawless turning and pouring.

The Enameled Cast Iron Collection

The enameled cast iron collection is as beautiful as it is efficient. Martha and her test kitchen team created cookware that's a full 20 percent lighter than alternative cast iron, making it easier to carry and maneuver from stovetop to oven. The collection also includes generous helper handles and oven-safe lids that are textured on the interior to promote condensation and continuous basting.

Each piece is available in five beautiful semi-gloss colors that Martha meticulously created. Each shade was designed to coordinate with your existing kitchen décor or to add a pop of earthy color to your stovetop.
