Ingredients 4 cloves garlic Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper 1 stick unsalted butter, room temperature ¼ cup chopped flat-leaf parsley 1 loaf French bread or ciabatta, cut in half horizontally Directions Finely mince garlic; season with salt.
