A reviving smoothie to start the day or sip as an afternoon pick-me-up: combining blueberries and Skyr brings antioxidants and probiotics.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup skyr

  • ½ cup frozen blueberries

  • ½ cup very ripe banana

  • ½ cup ice

  • Pinch of ground cinnamon

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients with 1/4 cup ice-cold water in a blender; puree until smooth. Serve immediately.
